How to Begin the Reporting Process With HSI

Step 1 Have you notified HSI that you would like to consider them as your Reporting Agent?
If you have not completed this process, please do so on the MSPR Contact Page.
Step 2 Register as a Responsible Reporting Entity (RRE) on the CMS Website.  If you have not completed this process, you can register at section111.cms.hss.gov.
Step 3 After completing the steps above, please complete the Reporting Authorization Form and submit it to HSI so we can work on Account Set-up and Begin the Testing Process.
